Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.

While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Delivery Period: 100 DAYs from date of PO placement. Following documents to be submitted along with your offer:

• 1.Dully filled, signed and stamped copy of Technical bid and all ATC d ocuments. NOTE: All items are being procured on proprietary basis from M/s. Krohne Ma rshall Pvt. Ltd., unsolicited bids received against this tender shall be r ejected out rightly. Payment terms for MSME Bidders:
• i)In respect of suppliers registered as Micro or Small Enterprises under the MSMED A ct, 2006 and holding a valid Udyam Registration Certificate, payment shall be releas ed on any one of the Treds Platform registered with RBI as decided by RCF.
• (ii)In case the Bidder has opted for discounting of the Invoice through any one of the RBI registered platforms then the payment will be released on such platf orm as decided by the Contractor. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• 1.The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes (GST also), duties, freight, Ins urance and any other statutory charges.
• 2.Successful bidder shall mention PAN number and GST number of both buye r (27AAAGH0282C1ZV) and bidder’s firm/company, etc. on Tax Invoice.
