  • 1.Buyer Added Bid Specific SLA Text Clause(s)
  • 1.Bidder need to upload duly signed and stamp on the scope of job.
  • 2.Bidder to upload past experience i.e work order/ work done certificate.
  • 3.Servicing of extinguishers to be carried with competent firm approved by DG shipping/LRS/ABS/IRS.
  • 4.Bidder to collect the extinguishers and same to be delivered post completion of servicing at the station valid certificate to be provided. Transportation shall be under bidder's scope.
  • 5.Submission of acceptance certificate. The bidder are to submit to following certificate on firm's letter he ad for favorable consideration of the bids:- I/We have personally confirmed and understood the requisite specifications, quality and quantity of the i tems are as per coast guard service requirement and will carried out the work accordingly. Further, we cer tify that we comply the custom bid specification and supporting documents. Note: if the above mentioned certificates are not submitted, the bids may be summarily rejected.
