OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

  • 1.Bidder must quote the night halting charge per explosive van per day for item codes involving hiring of explosive van. 2.While bidder submitting the Bid for item code 2010451008(Hiring of Truck with capacity 7.5 Ton), Bidder must quote the unit rate for 01 trip/number including t ransportation charge from GCF Jabalpur to PFFR POKHARAN ,Rajasthan with 20 days stay at PFFR POKHARAN and come back from PFFR POKHARAN to GCF Jabal pur.
  • 3.Local running at PFFR POKHARAN during 20 days stay period will be approx 50 K M per day.
  • 4.If stay period exceeds from 20 days at PFFR POKHARAN,than night halting cha rge will be paid as per quoted halting charge per truck per day.Hence bidder mu st quoted the rate as per scope of work.
  • 5.Matching/Common I.P. Address of Bidders: Bidders may please note that GeM is ca pturing and showing the IP addresses used by the buyer and the Bidder(s)/Seller(s). T he received bids matching/common IP ad dress with either Bidder(s)/Seller(s) or Buyer, shall be out-rightly rejected & shall not be cons idered for further evaluation .
