Entry of all contract workers , labourers, supervisors and their representatives are strictly subject to requisite document verification e.g. Two valid Govt issued ID (Aadhar is mandatory). The vendor must compuls orily submit valid Police Verification Certificates (not older than 6 months) for all personnel deployed for delivery or execution under this contract. Security passes will only be process ed upon successful verification. Bidders are advised to initiate the local police verification p rocess immediately upon the issuance of the GeM contract to avoid operational delays. Vendor to intimate well in advance vide official Email before sending t heir Representative to buyer address to avoid last minute rush. Delivery & Inspection Mere completion of service at the Air Force Station Tezpur guard room/consignee location d oes not constitute final acceptance. Final acceptance is strictly subject to inspection, and fu nctional testing by the designated buyer rep. The Buyer reserves the right to utilize the full window permitted on the GeM portal to verify the equipment before generating the Service delivery and Acceptance Certificate. Past Performance & Adverse Incident Eligibility Clause: The Buyer reserves the right to reject/disqu alify any bid during technical evaluation if the bidder has a documented record of non-performance, contra ct cancellation due to default, failure in technical suitability checks, or an active severe/grave incident on GeM raised by the Buyer/Department for supply of non-compliant items under past contracts. Technical Compliance The services delivered must strictly match 100% of the scope of work, failure to deliver ser vices as per scope of work will result in immediate rejection and initiation of a GeM Incident . .
