Supply of Air Conditioners

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.All documents must be self attested and signed and stamped with date by the authorized signatory wherever applicable.
• 2.The bidder shall visit the proposed installation site at Indian Bank Fort Road Belagavi before submitt ing the bid to understand the location accessibility installation requirements electrical arrangement s piping requirements and other relevant site conditions.
• 3.The bidder shall submit a duly signed Site Visit Declaration along with the tender documents. Any si te visit certificate required by the Bank shall also be enclosed.
• 4.The bidder shall enclose at least one relevant Experience Certificate issued by Indian Bank or any o ther Bank for similar supply installation testing and commissioning work.
• 5.The bidder shall also enclose copies of relevant Purchase Orders or Work Orders and Completion Cer tificates wherever available to substantiate the claimed experience.
• 6.Experience documents shall clearly indicate the nature of work performed and the name of the issui ng organization.
• 7.Incomplete submissions are liable to be rejected in accordance with the tender conditions.
• 8.Any false declaration or submission of forged documents may lead to disqualification and further act ion as per applicable rules.
• 9.All documents must be arranged in the above order for ease of verification.
• 10.The procuring authority reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents submitted by the bidder.
• 11.Submission of the above documents shall be subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions p rescribed in the tender documents. .
