OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Experience Criteria Bidders must provide details of relevant past or ongoing projects. The Buyer reserves the right to verify credentials and reject bids with insufficient or unverifiable experience. Pricing & Taxes Quoted prices shall be inclusive of all costs, including supply, delivery, installation, freight, insuran ce, and all applicable taxes. No additional charges shall be entertained. Delivery Timeline Delivery and execution must be completed within the specified timelines. Delays may result in penalties or cancellation. Inspection & Acceptance All supplies are subject to inspection and approval by the Buyer. Acceptance will be based on com pliance with tender specifications. Right of Rejection The Buyer reserves the absolute right to reject any non-compliant bid or bidder at any stage. The Buyer’s decision shall be final and binding. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
