• 3.THE FIRM QUOTING FOR PROCUREMENT OF OIL SAMPLE BOTTLE PART NO. 10G/002-NA AGAINST NAC SH OULD UPLOAD AND PROVIDE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS FOR SIMILAR NATURE OF SERVICES PROVIDED TO A NY AVIATION ORGANISATION ALONG WITH THEIR SUITABLE PROOF FOR THE SUCCESSFUL EXECUTION OF THE WORK.
• 4.GST CERTIFICATE, PAN CARD OF THE FIRM, SELF-CANCELLED CHEQUE AND NEFT MANDATE FORM FROM THE BANK TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE BIDDER.
• 5.ACCEPTANCE LETTER ON FIRM'S LETTER HEAD FOR COMPLYING THE INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS SCOPE OF WORK, SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PENALTIES AND PAYMENT TERMS MENTIONED IN GEM BID.
• 6.UNDERTAKING BY THE BIDDER FOR NO WARNING LETTERS OR UNSATISFACTORY CERTIFICATES ISSUED BY ANY AVIATION ORGANISATION IN THE PAST.
• 7.ALL FIRMS PARTICIPATING IN THE BID ARE TO PROVIDE SAMPLE OF THESE ITEMS PRIOR BIDDING. A SAM PLE CERTIFICATE DULY SIGNED BY THE AUTHORISED SHIP'S STAFF IS TO BE SUBMITTED ALONG WITH TEC HNICAL BID, TOWARDS TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION, AMONGST OTHER CRITERIA.
• 8.UNDERTAKING FOR ACCEPTANCE OF GEM TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE BID WITH TECH NICAL SPECIFICATION OF THE ITEM ON FIRM'S LETTER HEAD WITH STAMP AND SIGNATORY TO BE SUBMIT TED BY THE BIDDERS. .
