OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

  • 1.Bidders are advised to read all specifications and terms and condition twice. Incase of non-supply of goo ds the said firm will face strong action as per GeM rules.
  • 2.Top 5 IDC brands to be quoted(Except Lenovo). Latest report to be submitted , & Also Check on Official IDC Official Web Site if , Not Found the Quoted Brand in IDC Ranking so Seller Will be disqualified.
  • 3.BOQ Compliances & Data Sheet of the Product offered. On OEM Letter Head Buyer can match and verify the Data Sheet with the product specifications offered. In case of any unexplained mismatch of technical p arameters the bid is liable for rejection Declaration from OEM for quoted product not obsolete in the marke t at the time of bid submission and has at least 3 years residual support.
  • 4.Malicious code certificate duly signed by OEM of quoted hardware.
  • 5.OEM should have at least 10 years’ experience in Products manufacturing and the corresponding certific ate to be provided in technical bid.
  • 6.Annual Turn Over: Copy of the audited financial statement for the last 3 financial years (2022 23, 2023-2 4 and 2024-25) to be furnished by the bidder.
  • 7.Dedicated working contact numbers/ toll free number of Bidder & Escalation matrix of OEM/Bidder with working contact numbers have to be uploaded. If the numbers are found dummy/bogus/invalid/fake during our verification, the bid is liable for rejection.
  • 8.There should not be any open incident on GeM portal against the Bidder and OEM. Bidder should specifi cally confirm on their letter head in this regard.
  • 9.The Bidders should upload a document (on their letter head) stating that they are willing to abide by all the conditions in the Bid, ATC included.
  • 10.Firms rating on GeM should be more than 4 stars. Lower rating firms or having any incident in the past 1 year against the firm will be rejected .
