OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses The bidder who wishes to participate in the bidding shall meet the Qualifying Re quirements stipulated hereunder: 4.1Technical Criteria: 1.1.1 The bidder must have experience in manufacturing and supplying Permane nt Way (P-Way) materials such as CMS crossings, steel items of points and cr ossings (like Fish plates and nut & bolts), GR pads for points and crossings o r plain tracks, glued joints and other P-way materials and spares to Indian Ra ilways, Government Departments, PSUs, or reputed private infrastructure firms during the last seven years, ending on the last day of the month preceding t he month in which tenders are invited. The bidder shall submit copies of Purc hase Orders (POs) along with the technical bid as documentary evidence to e stablish compliance with the above requirement.

• i)Minimum Average Annual Turnover of the Bidder shall not be less than Rs. 7 0 Lakh in last 3 (Three) Years (FY 2024-25; FY 2023-24; FY 2022-23). Audited balance sheet including P&L account for the previous three completed financi al years (from the date of issue of this tender). In case the documents are n ot available for last FY, then certified copy by a registered practicing CA ma y be submitted. ii) For items falling under the purview of RDSO, RDSO-approved vendors or vendors supplying m aterials from RDSO-approved sources shall be eligible. (RDSO approved list certifying credenti als to be submitted with technical bid). iii) Vendors supplying materials conforming to RDSO drawings or Indian Railways standards/speci fications shall also be considered eligible. iv) The bidder must not have been blacklisted or debarred in last five years to participate in tendering of similar supply earlier by any Govt. /Public Sector Utility / IPP/CP. Self-declaration certificate shall be submitted along with tec hnical bid.
• v)Must submit a copy of Valid PAN & GST registration along with the technical bids. In case the bidder is registered under MSME/NSIC copy of certificate to be submitted in the technical bid. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
