OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

(Proof of the same to be uploaded in bid).<br>3.A pre-bid meeting will be conducted at GDOT(Dept. of ODT) ,Air Force Academy ,Dundigal on 4 th working day after publishing of bid. The interaction will be helpful to both parties for assessing scope of work .<br>4. The operator/ workers undertaking this task must certified and proficient in their respective f ield. Documents related must be uploaded in in bid. Non-adherence of prospective bidders may attract dis qualification.<br>5. It is mandatory for operator/ driver of machine to hold valid driving license at the time of work. Further, documents related to vehicle are also to be submitted before Technical evaluation.<br>

Turnover<br>Bidder Tur n Over Criteria: The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years, e nding on 31st March of the previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid document. Documenta ry evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Cha rtered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period shall be upload ed with the bid. In case the date of constitution / incorporation of the bidder is less than 3 year old, the ave rage turnover in respect of the completed financial years after the date of constitution shall be taken into a ccount for this criteria.<br>10. Rate Contract<br>Demurrage charges In case the rejected items/vehicle are n ot lifted/removed by the firm within 24 hrs, the demurrage charges at the rate of 0.5% of total contract val ue will be charged per day. In case the items are not lifted within a month, the same will be destroyed by t he station board of officers and no claim will be admitted.Demurrage charges.<br>14.
