Bidder to indicate bid number and name of bidding entity in the transaction details field at the time of on- line transfer. Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the Online Payment Transfer along with bid.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

• 1.Bidder Should submit the tender document sealed and signed on all the pages, during submission of tec hnical documents. 2.Bids will be evaluated as per the Pre-qualification criteria attached.
• 3.Bidder may submit EMD and Security deposit in the form of electronic Bank Guarantee (e-BG), as well. Bi dders are required to submit the EMD details along with the other technical details. The bidders shall sub mit the EMD before the last date of submission of bids and the detail shall be submitted along with the tec hno-commercial documents. In case of failure in submission of EMD before the opening of the tender, the b id of the bidder is liable for rejection.
• 4.The bidders are required to submit the dully filled PRICE BID in GEM portal as financial bid. 5.The MSE and Start-up exemption is only for no. of years experience and turnover criteria. However, the b idders are required to submit the work order and work completion certificates as per TECHNICAL EVALUATI ON OF BIDDERS along with other required documents. .

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of KIOCL LIMITED payable at BANGALORE . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.
