OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.Supply of one complete centrifugal Pump, coupling (along with coupling guard) with motor properly mounted on singl e base frame.
• 2.The pump shall comply the following tests and inspection reports and furnish along with supply in triplicate -
• a)Material Test Certificate of all critical parts of the equipment.
• b)Non-destructive inspection report
• c)Internal dimensional measurement
• d)Hydrostatic test report
• e)Test run report of pump and motor
• 3.Party shall submit following documents along with supply in triplicate:-
• a.Operation and maintenance manual along with drawings, documents etc.
• b.GA dimensional drawing of pump and motor along with pump & motor characteristics curves.
• c.The details of operating practices, coupling details & drawing, capital repair procedure including torque values, cleara nces & tolerances and other recommended practices, if any to be incorporated in the O & M manual.
• d.Manufacturer to provide complete list of operational spares for continuous duty operation along with their part numb ers & quantity along with O & M manual.
• e.Technical leaflet of their offered pump, motor and other accessories.
• f.Pump data sheets, performance curve, pump G.A. drawing, pump C.S. drawing and foundation details for installation s hall be furnished. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 8.Payment shall be made “within 30 days of receipt and acceptance of materials at site”. 9. 9.
