OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 50 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 50% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.BBQR of all the schedules is attached in “Buyer added Bid Specification ATC” in the Bid document.
• 2.A brochure containing all the quoted schedules and compliance with BBQR specifica tions must be uploaded exclusively under “Compliance of BBQR specification and supp orting documents” Any incorrect quotation/ mismatch might result in bid rejection.
• 3.All required seller documents, such as MII Documents, Experience Criteria, Past Perf ormance, Bidder Turnover, OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Comp liance of BoQ specification and supporting documents must be uploaded with due dilig ence. Any discrepension must lead to Bid rejection.
• 4.Brochure if any, to be provided before the bid opening date for the Technical Evalu ation Committee to the following address:- OIC GeM (Med), Command Hospital (EC), Alipore, Kolkata, PIN – 700027
• 5.The decision of the Technical Evaluation Committee will be final and binding on all t he vendors. No offline representation will be entertained.
• 6.Indigenous drugs will have 5/6 of shelf life and foreign products will have 2/3 of shelf life remaining at the time of supply. However, the acceptance of any item with shelf lif e shorter than the quoted remains entirely at the discretion of CFA/ as per terms and c ondition endorsed in BBQR.
• 7.Supplier will undertake to replace unconsumed stock before 3 Months of the expiry date of the items.
• 8.The dealer will replace any stock found defective during shelf life.
• 9.Quoting health supplement in- lieu of drugs/medicines strictly prohibited unless spec ifically asked in tender.
