OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Goods

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Dedicated /toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support : BIDDER/OEM must have Dedicated/toll Free Telephone No. for Service Support.

Escalation Matrix For Service Support : Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Note:

• 1.The Technical Compliance and MAF of offered Product should be submitted by the bidder on OEM lette r head Duly ink Stamped & Signed with e-bid No., Mobile No. and email id of signatory. (The documents sh ould be the scan copy of original documents with original ink signature. The Original copy of the MAF to be submitted for Technical Evaluation of the bid.)
• 2.To ensure bidder satisfactory past performance, the bidder/OEM shall submit a duly signed Work Com pletion Certificate or Satisfactory Performance Certificate issued by any Central/State Government Depart ment, PSU, Autonomous Body, or Government Organization for successful execution of at least one supply order of any item value not less than ₹3,00,000 during the last two years. In case of any doubt, the procuri ng entity reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the certificate. Failure to submit the requisite certif icate may render the bid technically non-responsive .

IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

NON DISCLOSURE DECLARATION CERTIFICATE (On Bidder Letter Head) to be uploaded with bid:

• 1.I M/s. FIRM NAME hereby declare that I shall not disclose the contract or any provision, specification, plan, design, pattern, sample or information thereof to any third party during and after expiry of Contract.
• 2.If defying the norms as per the Contract a legal action may be taken against me as per the existing Rules.

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
