OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.Bidders must quote for all the items listed in the bid. Evaluation and financial comparison will done on a n overall financial bundle basis (L1 total value), not on individual item rates. Partial bidding will lead to im mediate rejection.
• 2.Sample. The bidder must provide samples for condiments ordered during technical evaluation for furthe r acceptance of the same to maintain the quality alongwith quantity of condiments/grocery items to be con sumed by the unit.
• 3.Strict Brand/OEM Compliance (As per Cart). Bidder must be supply the exact same make and brand of t he condiment items that have been mentioned in BoQ . No alternative brands look like or substitute make will be accepted under any other under any circumstances. Delivery of any other brand will result in the i mmediate rejection of the consignments.
• 4.Quality Compliance and Certificate. All supplied condiments /grocery items must have a valid FSSAI Cer tificate. The items must be fresh within their standard shelf life and comply with the Food Safety and Stand ards Authority of India Regulations.
• 5.Delivery timelines. The successful bidder must deliver the entire consignment of the ordered condiment s items strictly within 07 (Seven) days from the date of order place. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
