OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

• (1)BID QUALIFICATION CRITERIA, EMD DETAILS, DETAILED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS, S COPE OF SUPPLY, QDG-2021, SPECIAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS ARE GIVEN/ ADDED IN “ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ATCs)” FOR THIS TENDER FOR "NBR O-RINGS”. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO DOWNLO AD THE ATCs AND GO THROUGH THE COMPLETE DOCUMENT AND ANNEXURES AND SUBMIT THEIR BID AC CORDINGLY. TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN ATTACHED ATCs DOCUMENT SHALL SUPERCEDE THE TERMS OF G EM BIDDING DOCUMENT. Bidder Shall Refer Uploaded Additional Terms And Conditions (ATCs) and corrigendum published (if any) fo r " NBR O-Ring for Self closing valves of LPG cylinders" before Submission Of Bid.
• (2)Consignee address mentioned in the GeM bid document is indicative only. Actual consignee shall be fro m the various plants in each state. Schedule-wise quantity given for bidding is STATA-WISE qty. as specifie d in “Additional Terms and Conditions (ATCs)” document. For requirement of GeM portal, only one consign ee from the plant located in the state is mapped in tender. Bidder shall quote their prices STATE-WISE. Bid evaluation shall be done STATE-WISE as mentioned in 'Bid Qualification Criteria' given in ATCs. State-wise quoted rate shall be applicable to all the BPCL LPG plant lo cated in that STATE.
• (3)EMD is applicable. Bidder has to submit a single EMD amount irrespective of the number of states they are quoting. EMD amount is Rs. 5,00.000/- (Rs. 5 Lakhs) as specified in ATC. Exemption of EMD would be in line with Ge M guidelines.
• (4)Bidder should follow BPCL Technical Specifications as provided in the ATC.
• (5)As per GeM process, Price quoted on GeM portal by bidder shall be inclusive of GST and complete deliv ery charges (including transportation, loading, unloading and local levies etc complete) . Bidder should che ck the details of price bid format of GeM portal carefully before submitting their price bid. The rate to be q uoted for one packet (each packet contains 1000 numbers of NBR O-Ring).
• (6)Bidders are requested to upload all the applicable "Declaration, undertakings and affidavits' as per for mat given in ATCs. .
