Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of PAY AND ACCOUNTS OFFICER, VECC payable at KOLKATA . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

IN ORDER TO AVOID THE REJECTION OF BID/QUOTATION, BIDDERS ARE ADVISED TO SUBMIT THE BID WI THOUT MENTIONING ANY PRICE OR ANY TAXES, LEVIES, DUTIES IN TECHNICAL BID. AS PER GEM, ALL QUO TES SHALL BE INCLUSIVE OF THESE ELEMENTS AND BIDDERS SHALL SUBMIT PRICE ELEMENT(S) IN FINANC IAL BID ONLY. III. THE BIDDER SHALL UPLOAD A DOCUMENT/DECLARATION INDICATING THE PERCENTAGE OF LOCAL CON TENT OF THE ITEM BEING QUOTED ON LETTER HEAD DULY STAMPED & SIGNED AS PER FORMAT (ANNEXU RE-XI) ATTACHED UNDER BUYER ATC, WHICH IS MANDATORY. IV. VEHICLES WITH GPS FACILITY WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INSIDE PURCHASER’S PREMISES. IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, THE CONSIGNMENTS SHOULD BE DISPATCHED ONLY THROUGH VEHICLES WITHOUT GPS S YSTEM.
• V.THE ORDERED ITEMS SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE RESPECTIVE STORES ONLY ON WORKING DAYS AND B ETWEEN 10:00 HOURS TO 16:00 HOURS EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. THE SUPPLIER SHALL GIVE ADVANCE INTIMATION TO THE CONSIGNEE THROUGH EMAIL BEFORE DELIVERING T HE MATERIAL. VI. OFFER SHALL BE QUOTED STRICTLY AS PER OUR SPECIFICATION, OFFER VALIDIITY, DELIVERY PERIOD, UNIT MENTIONED ABOVE AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PER BID/GEM GTC. VII. PSD CLAUSE: SUCCESSFUL BIDDER CAN SUBMIT THE PERFORMANCE SECURITY IN THE FORM OF BAN K GUARANTTEE OR ACCOUNT PAYEE DEMAND DRAFT ALSO. IN CASE OF DEMAND DRAFT, IT SHOULD BE M ADE IN FAVOUR OF PAY & ACCOUNTS OFFICER, VECC PAYABLE AT KOLKATA. AFTER AWARD OF CON TRACT, SUCCESSFUL BIDDER CAN UPLOAD SCANNED COPY OF THE DEMAND DRAFT IN PLACE OF PSDBG A ND HAS TO ENSURE DELIVERY OF HARD COPY OF THE ORIGINAL DEMAND DRAFT TO THE BUYER ASSTT. P URCHASE OFFICER, CRPU, 1/AF BIDHAN NAGAR, KOLKATA – 700 064 WITHIN 15 DAYS OF AWARD OF CONT RACT. VIII. BIDDER'S OFFER IS LIABLE TO BE REJECTED IF THEY DON'T UPLOAD ANY OF THE CERTIFICATES / DOCUMENTS SOUGHT IN THE BID DOCUMENT, ATC AND CORRIGENDUM IF ANY.
• X.ALL THE DOCUMENTS UPLOADED SHOULD BE ON BIDDER'S LETTERHEAD. DOCUMENTS CLEARLY SPECIF YING THE ACCEPTANCE OF ALL THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATION PARAMETER S AND TERMS & CONDITIONS SHOULD BE UPLOADED. XI. NOTE TO BIDDER: - IN THE EVENT OF ORDER, THE CONTRACTOR SHOULD SUPPLY THE MATERIAL WITHI N THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PERIOD MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT. IF NOT, THE HINDRANCE REGISTER SH OULD BE SUBMITTED WHICH IS MANDATORY DOCUMENT FOR CONSIDERATION OF GRANTING DP EXTENSI ON (IF REQUIRED). THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN HINDRANCE REGISTER FOR REPORTING HINDRANCE, IF ANY, WHILE EXECUTING THE WORK, AS PER ANNEXURE-X. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GET RECORD OF HINDRAN CES IN THE HINDRANCE REGISTER(S) APPROVED/ENDORSED BY THE PURCHASER. SUCH HINDRANCE IN TH E WORK ENDORSED BY THE PURCHASER WILL ONLY BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION FOR GRANTING DELI VERY DATE RE-FIXATION. XII. Important terms & conditions:
• A.Components as per bill of materials (Annexure-III) have to be soldered.
• B.Spare ICs to be delivered additional to the main components as mentioned in the bill of ma terials (Annexure-III)
• C.After placement of PO, vendor has to obtain the gerber files from VECC for fabrication of PC
• B.XIII. Acceptance test:
• A.Certification of the PCB mentioning thickness of copper and insulation material of the PCB has to be provided during supply.
• B.Certificate of conformity or proof of purchase has to be provided for ICs, MOSFETs and diod es mentioned in the PCBs during supply of materials.
• C.Basic functionality tests i.e. continuity test, voltages at various test points, observing wave forms of gate pulses etc. will be conducted by user at VECC for final acceptance. .
