LED Luminaire For Road And Street Lights Conforming To IS 10322 (Part 5/Section 3) (V3) (Under BIS Scheme - II)

OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

ISO 9001: The bidder or the OEM of the offered products must have ISO 9001 certification.

Material Test Certificate Should Be Sent Along with The Supply. The Material Will Be Checked by Buyer’s Lab & the Results of the Lab will be the Sole Criteria for Acceptance of the Item.

Manufacturer Authorization:Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details such as name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No. required to be furnished along with the bid

Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.

Escalation Matrix For Service Support : Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

• 2.Bidder must submit all relevant documents like CRS, BIS, TDS,LM79, LM80, IP, TTC, Photobiology and N ABL In-house Lab in its manufacturing plant.
• 3.Manufacturer should have PCB design and manufacturing facility in manufacturing Plant.
• 4.Manufacturer should have design & manufacturing facility of Led Drivers (Electronics) in-house along wit h BIS certificate as driver is the key component of the fitting to maintain the product warranty.
• 5.Luminaire & Driver shall be of same make to avoid any distrust & issue in getting spares after sales serv ice warranty period. Declaration doc shall be enclosed with bid.
• 6.Manufacturer should have design & manufacturing facility of Led Drivers (Electronics) in-house along wit h BIS certificate as driver is the key component of the fitting to maintain the product warranty.
• 7.As per Govt. of India program (MEITY), The product manufacturer must have manufacturing facility in In dia to promote “MAKE IN INDIA”. Factory License, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 18001
• 8.Manufacturer should have dedicated Local service centres to provide quick response against warranty.
• 9.Contractors/bidders shall be Authorized by the OEM and certificate for participating in the tender manda tory to be enclosed with bid documents.
• 10.OEM Authorization certificate required, Emp. Name, Mob, Designation and Email for confirming any qu ery or Bidder related information
• 11.All bidder are requested to upload all certificates such as Warranty, Esc matrix, Toll free no must have valid date or during tender tenure. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
