  • 1.Buyer Added Bid Specific Scope Of Work(SOW) Text Clause(s) SCOPE OF WORK: Road Transportation Contract to transport steel/Iron/Other materials from RINL EX-Chan digarh Yard to different F.O.R. destinations:
  • (a): Road Transportation Contract of steel materials F rom RINL EX-Chandigarh Yard to Any place in Ludhiana City/District by Trailer on F.O.R. basis PERIOD OF CONTRACT: 06 months from the date of Work Order CONTRACT DATE: 06 months from the date of Work Order PRELIMINARY INPUTS: FROM RINL EX-Chandigarh Yard to Any place in Ludhiana City/District on F.O.R. basis: FOR TRAILER: Indicative Quantity: 30000 MT Minimum Daily Quantity for Transporter1: 100 MT, MDQ for Transporter2: 75 MT No. of Transporter: 02 NOTE: 1. OFFER WILL REMAIN VALID upto 04 month FROM BID END DATE.
  • 2.TRANSPORTERS WILL QUOTE RATE RS./MT (Inclusive o f GST) in the bid. NOTE:
  • (a)In case the Transporter opts for RCM, 5% GST has to be added for working out the rate. The GST Rate % need not feed in GeM portal, as the same is already fed in the system.
  • (b)In case the Transporter opts for FCM, 12% GST is to be added for working out the rate. The same % needs to be fed in GeM portal system against GST rate.
  • (c)However, GeM portal will consider respective base rates for evaluation & ranking purposes.
  • 3.Please also refer to NIT REF. NO: VSP/MKTG/TR/EMP/01 OF 2025 – 27 DT 07.11.2024 w hile quoting the rates.
  • 4.Only RINL’s All India Empanelled Transporters are eli gible to participate and submit the bids. SCOPE OF WORK:
  • 1.Transporter will transport steel material from RINL EX-Chandigarh Yard to Any place in L udhiana City/District by Trailer on F.O.R. basis.
  • 2.After obtaining SO/STA, Transporter will lift material from RINL EX-Chandigarh Yard to A ny place in Ludhiana City/District by Trailer.
  • 3.BSO-Ludhiana will be the Contract Operating Branch. Any query related to this contract will be s olved by BSO-Ludhiana.
