OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 2.The bidder should have not been debarred / black listed by any state Government / Central Government institution / department for any reason. An affidavit in this regard on stamp paper should be submitted by the bidder
• 3.Copies of acknowledgement of GST returns for the latest quarter of Financial Year 2025-26 of Bidder are be submitted.
• 4.Copies of acknowledgement of Income tax returns for the Financial Year 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 of bidder are to be submitted.
• 5.Factory License, NSIC Certificate and GEM Vendor assessment Report of OEM must be submitted.
• 6.Bidders with GEM Performance Rating of 4 Star or above are only Eligible to participate.
• 7.Payment will be released only after satisfactory delivery, installation, demonstration and acceptance of goods at the Institute.
• 8.Bidder / OEM must have active service support in Jharkhand and required to furnish contact/Address det ails of Service Centre/Executive on bidder letter head.
• 9.Bidder should submit valid ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate of OEM. 10.OEM must have NABL Calibration Facility on its Own or through its Sister Concern Documents in suppor t should be submitted with the bid. (NABL Calibration Facility should have Minimum 3 Years of past Experie nce in field of calibration)
• 11.Bidders who do not meet the criteria given above are subject to be disqualified if they have made untr ue or false representation in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements or have a record of poor past performance or any false declaration, etc.
• 12.Pre-Bid Meeting Attend Compulsory and Attached Pre Bid Meeting issued Letter in Institute for Technic al Bid Documents.
• 13.EMD Hard Copy Submitted in Institute Before Bid End and Opening Date. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
