OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses 7.0 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA- 7.1 DETAILS OF SUPPLIES MADE TO GOVT. DEPARTMENT / GOVT. UNDERTAKING The bidder shall submit statement containing details of manufactured and supplied, minim um 50 % (In case of fraction round off up to next whole number) of tendered quantity HSC Centrif gal Pumps [for which the bidder is intending to submit their offer] having discharge capacity of P umps (as tendered) or more to Government Departments/ Undertakings/PSUs directly or hrough their Authorized Representatives/Dealer up-to 31.03.2023 in the format annexed as “Section III(D)- Purchase Orders Details -Annexure-A1” herewith. To meet this requirement, the bidders shall submit copies of supply orders/invoices as a proof of supplies actually made. However, this condition shall not be applicable to those dders who have already supplied same to Irrigation Department U.P., but they are required to furnish the details as required under this clause. If firm has supplied lesser number of p mps to Irrigation Department U.P. firm would have to submit the supply order / invoices fo rest quantity. 7.2 PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES IN RESPECT OF SUPPLIES REFERRED ABOVE The bidder shall submit performance certificates corresponding to the same supplies men oned in "Supply Order Statement Annexure-A1" of satisfactory performance for a minimum period of 30 months related to the supplies executed. Performance Certificate must be iss ed in the name of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) even though supply is m ade through their Authorized Representatives/Dealer. The bidders shall submit det ils of Performance Certificates in the format annexed as “Performance Certificate Stateme t Annexure-A2” herewith. NOTE:- The above conditions 7.2 shall not be applicable to the bidders, who have supplied the Horizontal plit Casing Centrifugal Pumps of discharge Capacity as mentioned in 7.1 to Irrigation Department, .P. but they are required to submit invariably the details of supplies made to Irrigation Depart ment, U.P. in Supply Order Statement, Annexure A1. The performance in such case shall be evaluated on the basis of their past supplies at the departmental level, in case performanc of their past supplies is found unsatisfactory or unwanting, their Technical Part shall prima y be rejected on this ground alone and no further evaluation of Technical Part shall be don Such bidder may also please note that their consideration in earlier tender shall not be a b sis of their claim for consideration in the ensuing tender. If firm has supplied lesser numbe of pumps, as required, to the Irrigation Department U.P., firm would have to submit the pe ormance certificates of rest quantities of orders as mentioned in Annexure-A1. 7.3 DETAILS REGARDING INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

• (a)The detail tested design of Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal Pumps o required capacity or more being/to be adopted by them. Bidders shall also submit F mily Curve/ Characteristics curve.
• (b)Plants, machineries and other facilities at their works for manufacture of Horizontal plit Casing Centrifugal Pumps of required capacity or more
• (c)Facilities available at their works for conducting full load tests on Horizontal Split Ca ing Centrifugal Pumps of required capacity or more as required in relevant ISS. dders who had manufactured and supplied Horizontal Split Casing Centrifugal P mps of required Discharge capacity as mentioned in 7(i) to Government Depa ment/Government Undertaking/ PSUs, need not to submit above information. If the bidder fails to meet eligibility criteria such offer shall be non responsive and reje ed out rightly. 7.4 OEM PARTICIPATION: Only OEM of the Horizontal split casing centrifugal Pump can participate in bid. Copy of Firm’s industry registration and necessary information, as per clause 6.00 industry registration of ATC (additional terms and conditions) part-‘D’ technical conditions and tech ical specifications technical conditions, must be uploaded. 7.4.1 OEM TURNOVER CRITERIA:- The minimum average annual financial turnover of the OEM during the last three years ending on 31st March 2026 of previous financial year, should be as indicated in the bid do cument must be Rs 700.00 Lakh. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited balan e sheet of relevant period and a certificate for the chartered account/cost accountant indica ing the turnover details for the relevant period should be uploaded with the bid otherw se their offer shall be rejected. Incase of date of certification incorporation of the OEM is less than three years old the average turnover in respect of the completed financial years, after the date of con titution shall be taken into account for this criteria. Incase of the bunch bids, the OEM of category related to primary product having ghest bid value should meet this criteria. 7.4.2 The Bidder should not be under liquidation court receivership or similar proceedings s ould not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid. 7.4.3 Bidder’s offer is liable to be rejected if they don’t upload any of the certificates/ docu ents sought in the bid document, ATC and corrigendum if any.” .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
