OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of Uranium Corporation of India Limited payable at Jaduguda . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

Estimated Value of Work: Rs. 11,65,501.52/- including GST. EMD : Rs 15,000/- The eligible criteria to qualify in Techno commercial Part are as below: -

• 1.Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 (Three) consecutive financial years, ending 31.03.2025 shall be at least 30% (Rs- 3.50 Lakhs) of the estimated cost supported by the audited annual accounts of each y ear.
• 2.Bidder shall have successfully executed similar work during last 7 (seve
• n)years ending on bid closing date as per any one of following:
• a)Three (3) similar completed work each costing not less than the am ount equal to 40% (Rs- 4.66 Lakhs) of the estimated cost or
• b)Two (2) similar completed works each costing not less than the am ount equal to 50% (Rs- 5.83 Lakhs) of the estimated cost or
• c)One (1) similar completed work costing not less than the amount e qual to 80% (Rs- 9.32 Lakhs) of the estimated cost. The corporation may request to the bidder to visit the proposed work site to wel l acquaint about the site work before filling the rate /submit the tender.
