Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 1 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

• 1.The bidder’s offer is liable to be rejected if they fail to upload any of the c ertificates/documents required in the bid document or any corrigendum to the Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC).
• 2.The bidder must upload valid MSE certificates along with the bid if claimin g exemptions under the MSE category such as for EMD, past experience, turno ver, etc, in accordance with the latest General Terms and Conditions on GeM."
• 3.The bidder must upload an affidavit for non-blacklisting by any governme nt department, organization, or public sector undertaking, duly notarized on a stamp paper not older than 3 months from the bid submission date.”
• 4.Only standard brand to be offered by the seller.
• 5.The bidder must upload OEM authorization on the OEM’s letterhead for ea ch item offered by seller in the bid, irrespective of the value of item/items. Th e authorization must duly mention the current bid number to facilitate direct c ontact with the OEM in case the bidder is unresponsive during the warranty pe riod."
• 6.The bidder must upload OEM warranty certificates on the OEM’s letter he ad for the quoted make(s), clearly specifying the warranty period applicable to this particular bid. The minimum warranty period shall be one year from the d ate of generation of the CRAC. During the warranty period, any defective or un serviceable item(s) must be replaced upon receipt of complaints from the user
• (MES). It shall be the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure complete repla cement of the defective item(s)/product(s) as and when such complaints are r eceived from the user/consignee. The bidder must collect the defective item(s) from MES and ensure their replacement through the OEM or the OEM’s authori zed service centre within 20 days. Failure to comply with this timeline shall res ult in reporting the matter to GeM for appropriate action, which may include bl acklisting or suspension of the firm.
• 7.The bidder must upload the Make in India (MII) certificate issued by the O EM(s) of the quoted make(s), clearly indicating the class and percentage of loc al content. This must be in compliance with the Government Public Procureme nt Policy (Preference to Make in India), Order dated 2017, along with subsequent Order No. P-45021/2/2017-PP (BE-II) dated 04.06.2020 & 16.09.20 20, and Clarification No. P-45021/102/2019-BE-II-Part (1) (E-50310) dated 04.0 3.2021.
• 8.The bidder must upload past performance and experience-related docum ents for the primary category items, in the form of GeM contract orders and th e corresponding CRACs, from the latest three years.
• 9.The bidder must upload annual turnover details for the last three consecu tive financial years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant to ensure authen ticity.
• 10.The bidder must upload the annual turnover details of the quoted OEM(s) for all quoted make(s) for the last three consecutive financial years, duly certif ied by a Chartered Accountant to ensure authenticity.
• 11.The bidder must upload a financial standing certificate on their letterhea d at the time of bid submission. The certificate must clearly state that the firm is not under liquidation, court receivership, or any similar proceedings, and is not bankrupt. It must also confirm that the firm has not been suspended, delisted, or blacklisted by any organization on any grounds on GeM in the last three years.
• 12.The bidder shall not upload or propose any unbranded or 'NA'-marked ite ms in the bid. If such items are found, irrespective of their value, the bid is liab le to be rejected, and no representation or clarification in this regard will be en tertained."

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
