OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid for Vendor Code Creation:

• a.Copy of PAN Card.
• b.Copy of GSTIN.
• c.Copy of Cancelled Cheque.
• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

Nominated Inspection Agency: On behalf of the Buyer organization, any one of the following Inspection Agency would be conducting inspection of stores before acceptance: Pre-dispatch Inspection at Seller Premises (applicable only if pre-dispatch inspection clause has been selected in ATC): Board of Officer Post Receipt Inspection at consignee site before acceptance of stores: Board of Officer

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Supply Installation Testing Commissioning of Goods and Training of operators and providing Statutory Clearances required (if any)

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.

IMPORTED PRODUCTS: In case of imported products, OEM or Authorized Seller of OEM should have a registered office in India to provide after sales service support in India. The certificate to this effect should be submitted.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• 1.Pre Bid meeting will be held on the date as mentioned in bid documents at consignee location. Attend ance of pre bid meeting by all the bidder is mandatory. No representation in this regards shall be entertai ned.
• 2.The bidder/seller shall submit and demonstrate detailed design, drawings, Specification and framewor k of the proposed items/work during the pre bid meeting for approval /acceptance by the the buyer.
• 3.All expenses towards transportation loading unloading handling and delivery of the material to the desi gnated location shall be borne entirely by the seller.
• 4.The bidder is advised to visit the site/location before submission of the bid to access the actual site con ditions, dimensions, Accessibility and other relevant requirements. No claim arising due to ignorance of si te conditions shall be entertained subsequently.
• 5.The bidder should give self declaration stating the he/she is not banned/debarred/black listed by any C entral/State Govt.
• 6.The seller shall obtain prior approval of the buyer for the make, model, material colour, design and othe r relevant specification before commencement of the supply
• 7.The seller shall be responsible for complete installation, fitting commissioning and execution of the of p roj.
• 8.Bidder should have local service centre of the supplied product within 50-100 km from consignee locat ion.
• 9.Quoted price should be including GST, AMC, Transportation charges and additional accessories.
• 10.Malicious code certificate confirming that no malicious code/backdoor hardware has been used. Certif icate for NO USE OF CHINESE COMPONENTS/ India's adversary country.
• 11.AMC for two years after expiry of warranty period will be provided without any cost. .
