OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

1.Firm should submit compliance to enclosed Annexure”A” vide letter No. 09/28/EE/Anx./2026 DTD.23/05/ 2026, containing Scope of Work and Terms & Conditions for AMC.
2.Bidder must submit complete set of GST registration showing details of managing/whole time directors a nd key managerial persons.
3.The firm should submit duly filled, signed and attested compliance statement attached in tender docum ents Note: MSE Purchase preference: Yes (Since tender item cannot be split or divided, in a situation where L1 price i s from someone other than a MSE and the MSE quoting a price within the band L1+15% shall be awarded f or full/complete supply of total tendered value to MSE by bringing down their price to L1 price) .
