OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.As per Manual JCB, company recommend to use the JCB Lubricants and t hey have been verified by JCB for use on JCB Machines. Do not use ordin ary engine oil. Hence only JCB recommended required and only JCB Com pany original ISI marked product will be accepted other than rejected.
• 2.As per JCB Manual- “Do not use ordinary Engine Oil. Hence only JCB bran d (OEM) Lubricants required other than rejected.
• 3.As per Manual of JCB, company recommend that Duplicate/other than JC B brand lubricants (which is not verified by JCB Company) are not recom mended and may result in invalidation of the Warranty offered by JCB. N o warranty liability what sever will be accepted for failure of JCB Machin e where the failure is attributed to the quality and grade of the Lubrican ts used in JCB Machine. The brand/quality/genuineness/packaging/grade of all the Lubricants being supplied by the bidder will be verified by JCB authorized dealer (s) (in case of any doubt). The product will be rejected if the genuineness/originality/quality/grade/packaging of the product is n ot verified by the JCB authorized dealer (OEM) or if the product is not aut henticated and this will be considered as Breach of Contract by the Bidd er(s).
• 4.As per T&C of Tata Manual of vehicle, use only genuine lubricants recom mended for optimum performance of vehicles and further recommended to use only “PETRONAS” Brand Lubricants in Tata vehicles as per menti oned in demand. Hence only Tata recommended Lubricants accepted ot her than will be strictly rejected.
• 5.For FORCE Motors, recommended in manual that the warranty offered b y the company is considered valid-proof of use only of the recommende d oil brand is essential. Hence Lubricants will be accepted as per Deman d attached with this BID & as per manual of Force Motors. Lubricants su pplied by any other brand will be rejected.
• 6.For SML (SML Isuzu) vehicles, recommended lubricants include SML Bra nded Lubricants. Check owner's manual for the most precise lubricant recommendations for SML ISUZU model and operating conditions. Hence Lubricants will be accepted as per Demand attached with this BID & as per manual of SML ISUZU. Lubricants supplied by any other brand will b e rejected.
• 7.The brand/quality/genuineness/packaging/ grade of all the Lubricants bei ng supplied by the bidder will be verified by using vehicles Authorized D ealer/OEM (as per manual). The product will be rejected if the genuinene ss/originality/quality/grade/packaging of the product is not verified by ve hicles (for which Lubricants are being purchase) manufacturing compan y or its authorized dealer or if the product is not authenticated. .

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
