OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 50 percent with the consent of the service provider

Undertaking for Non-blacklisting 1.8. Self-declaration to avail Make in India benefits (class- I / class- II supplier)
• 2.All bidders may participate as per buyer technical specification / scope of work with any brand to meet t he buyer requirement. 3. BUYER DOES NOT PROMOTE ANY SPECIFIC PRODUCT/ BRAND.
• 4.In case of extension of delivery period successful bidder will sent a request to buyer before contract deli very date with following details: - 4.1. GeM contract no. 4.2. Delivery date as per contract 4.3. Valid reason for delay in delivery 4.4. No. of days with date requested for delivery
• 5.All bidders are requested to quote the price as per buyer’s scope of work / technical specification.
• 6.Successful bidder is fully responsible to carry out the item from buyer site to concern workshop (For Rep air / Servicing / Calibration cases). All machinery / tools / spare and equipment’s required for repair will be the responsibility of the bidder and all costs are to be included in the bid price.
• 7.Successful bidder is fully responsible to supply item at buyer site, the address of buyer is mentioned in c ontract copy.

Participation by the bidder in RA process would be considered as their consent for extension in offer validity by 30 days by the date of RA initiation.
