OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• d.Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank.

• 1.ATC CERTIFICATE FOR LAN UPGRADATION Additional Terms & Conditions (ATC) It is certified that the following Additional Terms & Conditions shall be applicable for the LAN Upgradation work: 1.1. All LAN equipment, components and accessories supplied shall be new, genuine and unused and sh all comply with the required technical specifications. 1.2. The bidder shall be responsible for the complete supply, installation, configuration, testing and com missioning of the LAN infrastructure as per the scope of work. 1.3. All network components, including switches, racks, Cat6/Cat6A cables, I/O boxes, patch cords and o ther accessories, shall be of the required quality and compatible with the existing network infrastructure. Proper cable dressing, termination, labeling and installation shall be carried out in a professional manner. 1.4. All LAN points and network links shall be properly tested after installation, and the successful bidder shall submit the required testing/commissioning report. 1.5. The supplied equipment shall carry applicable OEM warranty as specified in the bid/technical specifi cations. 1.6. Any damage caused to the existing infrastructure during installation shall be rectified by the succes sful bidder at no additional cost to the buyer. 1.7. The successful bidder shall provide necessary configuration details, test reports and handover docu ments after completion of the work. 1.8. The work shall be considered complete only after successful installation, testing, commissioning an d acceptance by the competent authority. 1.9. Payment shall be released as per GeM terms and conditions after successful completion and accept ance of the complete scope of work. 1.10. The bidder shall comply with all applicable safety, technical and security requirements during exec ution of the work. 1.11. Any deviation from the approved technical specifications or scope of work shall require prior appro val from the competent authority. 1.12. Availability of Service Centres: Bidder/OEM must have a Functional Service Centre in the State of each Consignee's Location in case of carry-in warranty. (Not applicable in case of goods having on-site warranty). If service center is not already there at the time of bidding, successful bidder / OEM shall have to establish one within 30 days of award of contract. Payment shall be released only after submission of documentary evidence of having Functional Service Centre.
