  • Inspection will be doneThird Party Inspection (TPI) at Manufacturers premises before dispatch to consignee. No deviation from tendered inspection clause is acceptable.

Special Conditions

  • EMD and SD as per clause 8.0 and 9.0 of ER general tender conditions will be applicable.

  • Please go through the clause No. 8.0 for deposition of Earnest Money and 9.0 for Security Deposit (SD) as indicated in Instruction to Tenderer for E. Tender of current General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway.
