Special Eligibility Criteria

  • Railway reserves the right to procure full or bulk quantity from RAILWAY BOARD/PCMD approved sources or their authorized distributors.

  • Item reserved to be procured from CPSE's as per Railway Board letter No:2010/H/1/1 Dt:24/02/2021 will be purchased form CPSE's if CPSE'S firms participates.

Statutory Variation Clause

  • Firm has to clearly state whether SVC is applicable or not , otherwise it is considered that SVC is not applicable.

  • Self Life The items having expiry provision, should not be less than 80% of the total shelf life or should not be older than 06 months from the date of manufacturing whichever is earlier (i.e., having more shelf life) at the time of supply.

  • Each item should have a printing or stamping with indelible ink of EAST COAST RAILWAY not for sale.
