Statutory Variation Clause

    1. Applicable only during original delivery period against documentary evidence only. However, in case of misclassification of GST rates for the tendered item by firm in their offer, the extra expenditure on account of GST will be borne by the firm and benefits under SVC will not be applicable in case of misclassification.
    2. Standard Governing Conditions

  • Inspection by Consignee for Tender value below Rs.5 Lac otherwise RITES/RDSO as specified.

Special Conditions

  • Guarantee/Warranty (GC/WC) Firms are advice to offer guarantee/Warranty clause as per specification/Drawing. In case specification/Drawing does not specify guarantee/warranty clause then the same should be offered as per IRS Conditions of Contract i.e. 30 month from the date of supply or 24 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier.

  • Mentioning correct HSN code & GST percentage is the responsibility of the bidder. Under no circumstances total payment by the Railway will be more than accepted value of the tender.

  • All additional input tax credit as available to them has been passed on to the purchaser and any additional ITC if becomes available to supplier in future, the same shall be passed on to the purchaser without any undue delay.

  • Delivery to be completed 21 days for Consignee Inspection and 45 days for RITES/RDSO Inspection.

  • Delivery to be made at DyCMM/Liluah, otherwise offer will be ignored.

  • Quotation validity should be 90 days. Normal

  • Makers name and brand to be stated.

  • The manufacturer should indicate the manufacturers name, month ,year of manufacturing by casting/stitching/embossing at the appropriate place of each piece supplied without effecting the functional utility and structural stability of the components/materials.
