1Maintenance works of Generator & Auxiliaries, including supply of required consumables like cotton waste, Cora cloth, cleaning agents, paints, petrol, diesel, rollers, brushes, thinner, red gel etc., except gray colour enamel paint and Lactra Clean as mentioned in tender document 2)Maintenance of 22.5MVA Generator-Transformer(3X7.5MVA single phase Transformers),750KVA,11kV/400V Auxiliary Transformers,110kV Breaker and CT Bay etc as mentioned in tender document 3)CO2/Dry ice blasting cleaning for Unit-5 after De-brazing the rotor pole terminations and removing the rotor poles. Complete cleaning of carbon deposits/heavy oil content from complete stator coils, Stator air pockets, etc., & Rotor through CO2 cleaning process /Dry ice blasting for Unit -5 along with supply of all consumables. Re-fixing of rotor poles and re-insulation along with supply of materials and other consumables as mentioned in tender document4)Commissioning of units after completing overhauling works
