OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.Preparation & approval of line plan, counter, topographical survey and survey plot area all site work i n the scope and site plan - 20%.
• 2.Submission and approval of detailed DPR for project through HQ CE (Navy) Mumbai - 30%.
• 3.Submission, approval of detailed all data and specification for framing tender for building including se rvices and all services not covered here-in-before - 40%. TOTAL PAYMENT IN RARs : NOT MORE THAN 90% Amount for clarification on DPR drawing etc. during execution and payment in final Bill- 10%. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
• 1.The consultant must have complete minimum 3 DPR projects for STP/ Waste water/ Re-use in last five year.
• 2.The consultant shall not have been black listed by any Organisation.
• 3.The bidder must be register under Indian Companies Act 1956.
• 4.Joint Venture/ Consortiums is not allowed.
• 5.Site visit and GEO tagging certificate from department needs to be submitted in technical envelope.
• 6.Minimum tenure of 1.5 Cr in last three financial years.
• 7.BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO VISIT THE SITE FOR PHYSICAL VERIFICATION BEFORE QUOTING OF BIDS . ONCES BIDS ARE RECEIVED NO AGENCY SHALL BE ALLOWED TO WITHDRAW ON THE BASIS OF UNREASO NABLE RATES. .
