Buyer Added text based ATC clauses SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION

  • 1.Painting should be done as per scope of work given in bid document.
  • 2.The bidder has to submit acceptance letter for scope of work with stamp & ink signed. In case of non sub mission of the experience certificate the bid is liable to be rejected.
  • 3.Item required in painting to be provided by vendor (including paint also).
  • 4.If bidder has participated in the bid , it is assumed that he/she accepting all terms and conditions of bid ( including ATC).
  • 5.The bidder has to submit one year similar product experience certificate. In case of non submission of th e experience certificate the bid is liable to be rejected.
  • 6.Item/service to be supplied at buyer premises.
  • 7.The bidder is requested to upload a valid MSE/UDYAM certificate containing the correct 5 Digit NIC code applicable to the tendered item. In the absence of the applicable 5 Digit NIC code, MSE benefits shall not b e admissible.
  • 8.Payment shall be released only after the successful generation of the CRAC/SDAC on the GeM Portal and upon receipt of the Completion Certificate issued by the User Section, confirming satisfactory completion of the work. No payment shall be made prior to the fulfilment of the above conditions
  • 9.Bid of firm will be rejected on non-submission of any documents sought in this bid. .
