Buyer Added text based ATC clauses SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION

  • 1.Painting should be done as per scope of work for JET AIR STARTER (GARRET) and SANT TROLLEY given i n bid document.
  • 2.The bidder has to submit acceptance letter for scope of work with stamp & ink signed. In case of non sub mission of the experience certificate the bid is liable to be rejected.
  • 3.Item required in painting to be provided by vendor (including paint also).
  • 4.If bidder has participated in the bid , it is assumed that he/she accepting all terms and conditions of bid ( including ATC).
  • 5.The bidder has to submit one year similar product experience certificate. In case of non submission of th e experience certificate the bid is liable to be rejected.
  • 6.The bidder is requested to upload a valid MSE/UDYAM certificate containing the correct 5 Digit NIC code applicable to the tendered item. In the absence of the applicable 5 Digit NIC code, MSE benefits shall not b e admissible.
  • 7.Item/service to be supplied at buyer premises.
  • 8.Bid of firm will be rejected on non-submission of any documents sought in this bid. .
