OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Scope of supply (Bid price to include all cost components) : Only supply of Goods

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

• 1.PROVEN-NESS CRITERIA The offered make Goods shall be considered proven provided the tendered / similar item(s) of same/ similar / higher specifications / ratings / versions, etc. have been supplied during t he last 5 years from the date of tender opening against orders of CIL and its subsidiaries, ot her PSUs, Government Departments and Private Organizations, and their performance has been found satisfactory. Note: In case of non-availability of satisfactory performance of the offered goods from the user of the product, the bidder needs to furnish self-certificate for proven-ness (As per form at furnished in ATC) along with proof of payment / proof of acceptance of goods. Relaxation to MSE and Start-ups: MSE firm having valid Udyam Registration for the tendered Items and Start-ups (whether M SE or not) recognized by DPIIT [GSR No. 127(E) dated 19.02.2019 of Gazette of India] may be exempted from submission of Purchase Order(s)/ Rate Contract(s) as mentioned above and self-certification as per format provided in ATC document attached with the Bid to esta blish proven-ness provided that they have to mandatorily submit duly filled, signed and sta mped Performa for Equipment & Quality control (strictly as per the format provided in ATC d ocument attached with the Bid).
• 2.GUARANTEE / WARRANTY 12 months from the date of fitment or 18 months from the date of receipt and accepta nce of material, whichever is earlier for any manufacturing or raw material defects. Th e supplier shall be responsible for any defect that may, under the condition provided f or by the contract and under proper use, arise due to faulty materials, design or work manship (excluding normal wear and tear) and shall remedy such defect at his own co st. In case the supplier has to replace or renew any defective constituent part(s) of the as sembly/sub- assembly supplied by the firm, then such replacement shall be made by t he supplier free of cost. The replacement of the complete item/assembly as the case may be shall be made by the supplier free of cost without any extra cost to Northern C oalfields Limited. The new goods should be supplied on FOR destination basis free of cost up to the cons ignee end. Warranty replacement should be completed within a reasonable period, m aximum within one month from the date of claim. All cases of warranty replacement to be decided on the basis of joint inspection of the failed goods held between the user’s r epresentative and the supplier’s representative.
• 3.Make and Model is mandatorily required to be submitted in the bid on GeM Interface . Bidders must refrain from providing 'NA', 'Unbranded', 'etc' as make. The bids without make and model will be technically rejected.
• 4.Bidders have to submit detailed technical specifications of their offered product. The bids without detailed Product specifications will not be considered technically acceptable. The p arameters provided in the TPS Sheet should reflect in the Product Catalogue of the offered product.
• 5.These motors are to be installed at Coal Handling Plant, having
• a.Ambient temperature - 5°C to 55°C
• b.Relative Humidity ≥ 80%
• c.Altitude – 300m
• 6.Detailed dimensional drawing of the offered product with detailed BOM is to be submitte d along with the offer
• 7.Type test report (with all test as per BIS, IS/IEC standard) from NABL accredited laborator y is required to be submitted along with the offer.
• 8.Raw material & In-process test report, Routine test report and Final Acceptance Test Rep ort (with all test as per BIS, IS/IEC standard) is to be submitted at the time of supply.
• 9.Bidders are requested to visit the site to obtain a better understanding of the fitment req uirements of the motors. .
