OPTION CLAUSE: The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of bid quantity at the time of placement of contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. The delivery period of quantity shall commence from the last date of original delivery order and in cases where option clause is exercised during the extended delivery period the additional time shall commence from the last date of extended delivery period. The additional delivery time shall be (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period (in days), subject to minimum of 30 days. If the original delivery period is less than 30 days, the additional time equals the original delivery period. The Purchaser may extend this calculated delivery duration up to the original delivery period while exercising the option clause. Bidders must comply with these terms.

• 1.The Compliance matrix to the Schedule of Works (SOW) / Technical specificati ons needs to be filled, signed and uploaded as a separate document.
• 2.All pages in the SOW/ Tech Specs have to be stamped, signed and uploaded as having accepted and meeting the standards.
• 3.No financial bid is to be part of the Tech Bid.
• 4.EMD/ PBG exemptions, if needed are to be claimed along with necessary certi ficates/ by quoting necessary exemption clauses with proof.
• 5.PBG validity should be Delivery period + Warranty period + Two months. Ori ginal PBG to be submitted within 15 days from the receipt of supply order.

• 8.The L1 vendor will be decided based on overall cost only. However, before sig ning the contract, vendors are expected to give detailed breakdown for each of the supply and service to facilitate deductions against any supplies/ services wh ich are not completed. This is negotiable within the quoted amount. In case of n on-availability of the detailed breakdown, the Buyer’s decision will be considere d as final and will be binding on the ‘Seller’.
• 9.Either party (Buyer or Seller) may opt out of the contract by serving one mon th notice to the other. The payment will be made towards the delivered product s/ services at the discretion (percentage) of the Buyer.
• 10.Payment terms may be altered as per GeM rules/ provision/ as per the assessment of cost by the Buyer.
• 11.Extension of Delivery Period (DP) is not generally granted. In case of extrem e situation, the extension may be sought as per DPM 2025.
• 12.List of items that will be supplied along with numbers and tech details are to be enclosed and same is to be confirmed in Tech Compliance Matrix.
• 13.If there is any mismatch found in GeM Catalogue specifications and Technic al specifications attached in Bid Specific ATC by the buyer then Technical specifi cations attached by the buyer will be accepted as final.
• 14.Warranty- 24 months
• 15.EMD-Forms: To be filled and submitted in the name of Air Force Public Fu nd Account SDI, AF.
• 16.PBG: Air Force Public Fund Account SDI, AF. 17.Past project experience- At least 03 years 18.Service and support- The response time of the seller should not exc eed 72 Hours from the breakdown intimation provided by the buyer. 19.PAYMENT METHOD: 100% post-delivery installation and training at buyers premises. 20.Bidder must have Service centre in Bengaluru and address proof to be provi ded with Technical Bid.

• 26.Bidder must provide malicious code certificate. Post installation, along with malicious code certificate an additional certificate is required from the bidder a bout use of USB drive, network and software for installation data/programme/so ftware etc in system PC Of X-BIS. .

Warranty period of the supplied products shall be 2 years from the date of final acceptance of goods or after completion of installation, commissioning & testing of goods (if included in the scope of supply), at consignee location. OEM Warranty certificates must be submitted by Successful Bidder at the time of delivery of Goods. The seller should guarantee the rectification of goods in case of any break down during the guarantee period. Seller should have well established Installation, Commissioning, Training, Troubleshooting and Maintenance Service group in INDIA for attending the after sales service. Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations are to be uploaded along with the bid.
