OPTION CLAUSE 50% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 50 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 50 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. • 1.No counterfeit part will be used.
• 2.Ensure that the documented information (e.g. requirements, design, verification, and validation and acceptance documentation) will be consistent and will be retained for a period of 2 years with the actual delivery of the product and/or services or warranty period whichever is later.

• 1.EMD shall be in favor of “Director ADRDE Public Fund Account”. • 2.Bidder has to provide Security Deposit (ePBG) / Security Deposit cum Warranty Bond (which ever is applicable) @5% of the contract value within 15 days of the date of contract posit ively, failing which Consignee Receipt & Acceptance Certificate (CRAC) cannot be generated and hence, the contract is liable to be rejected. The successful bidder would be required to submit the Performance Security cum Warranty Bond. In the ev ent of the Seller’s failure to submit the BGs within 30 days of receipt of Supply Order, the buyer may dedu ct from the seller as agreed, a sum of 0.5% of the value of the BG for every week or part thereof of delay as LD. Beyond 60 days, the procuring entity shall cancel the Supply Order/Contract and impose a penalty and appropriate action would be taken.
• 3.Bidder has to upload Bid Documents duly stamped and signed including all provided d ocuments i.e. Specifications, Vendor Qualification Criteria, Scope of Work, ATP, Drawings etc. dul y stamped and signed, failing which the respective bid may not be taken under consideration for e valuation. In addition to this, the Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bids: (i) Copy o f PAN Card, (ii) Copy of GSTIN, (iii) Copy of Cancelled Cheque, (iv) Copy of ECS Mandate duly certif ied by Bank.
• 4.All bidders must submit their compliance to GFR Rule 144 (xi) and MOF OM No. F-18/37/ 2020-PPD on their official letter head.
• 5.Guidelines for the Extension of DP: DP extensions will be accorded with imposition of LD and denial of any enhancement in statutory l evies that takes place beyond the original DP. The Seller shall formally apply for extension of deliv ery date prior to expiry of date stipulated in the supply order/ contract justifying the reasons for no t adhering to the specified date of delivery. DP extension will be approved without prejudice to the right of the Lab/Estt to impose LD depending upon the merit of the case.
