Custom Bid For Services - FABRICATION OF STORAGE AND SHOWCASE RACKS FOR UNIT RUN CANTEEN

Actual delivery (and Installation & Commissioning (if covered in scope of supply)) is to be done at following address UNIT RUN CANTEEN INS DWARKA PORT OKHA OKHA DWARKA, GUJARAT - 361350 .

Bidder financial standing: The bidder should not be under liquidation, court receivership or similar proceedings, should not be bankrupt. Bidder to upload undertaking to this effect with bid.

Manufacturer Authorization:Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details such as name, designation, address, e-mail Id and Phone No. required to be furnished along with the bid

Products supplied shall be nontoxic and harmless to health. In the case of toxic materials, Material Safety Data Sheet may be furnished along with the material.

• 1.The Seller shall not assign the Contract in whole or part without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 2.The Seller shall not sub-contract the Contract in whole or part to any entity without obtaining the prior written consent of buyer.
• 3.The Seller shall, notwithstanding the consent and assignment/sub-contract, remain jointly and severally liable and responsible to buyer together with the assignee/ sub-contractor, for and in respect of the due performance of the Contract and the Sellers obligations there under.

AVAILABILITY OF OFFICE OF SERVICE PROVIDER: An office of the Service Provider must be located in the state of Consignee. DOCUMENTARY EVIDENCE TO BE SUBMITTED.

Escalation Matrix For Service Support : Bidder/OEM must provide Escalation Matrix of Telephone Numbers for Service Support.

Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

• (1)Bidder shall submit the following documents along with their bid: 1.1 MSME Certificate 1.2 Firm Registration Certificate 1.3 Annual Turnover Details 1.4 Past Experience Certificate 1.5 Copy of GSTIN 1.6 Copy of Cancelled Cheque 1.7 Copy of EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank 1.8 MSME Registration of Local office in State of consignee.
• (2)Certificates Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of t he certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.
• (3)Extension Clause: The buyer can extend the contract upto 06 months with willingness from the firm. Th e sole discretion for the extension will remain with buyer.
• (4)Termination clause: The agreement shall be come to end either on completion of the contract period or s hall be terminated for the following reason: 4.1 Mutual consent 4.2 Breach of contractual obligations 4.3 Breach of SLA
• (5)Payment Terms and Condition: Work completion certificate will be given to the firm post completion of work. Therea fter, the firm has to provide bill to the unit, which will be processed subsequently and paym ent will be disbursed by CDA to the firm.
• (6)Firm have to adhere of scope of work i.e. attached in bid for completion of work and an undertaking certificate has to be uploaded for the same.
• (7)Geographical Presence of Office Registration Certificate: The bidder/service provider must have a registered office/service support centre geogr aphically located within the State of Consignee and the office shall be registered in the nam e of the bidder/bidding firm. A Notary Affidavit alone shall not be accepted as proof of offic e presence. The bidder is required to submit valid documentary evidence such as Electricit y Bill, Telephone/Internet Bill, GST Registration, Property Tax Receipt, Rent Agreement, Tra de Licence or any other Government-issued document establishing the operational office within the State of Consignee.
• (8)Non-Disclosure Declaration Certificate: Tenderer has to declare on bidder letter head that I shall not disclose the contract of any provision, plans or information thereof to any third party during and after expiry of con tract.
• (9)Warranty Clause. The firm shall mandatorily provide Three (03) years comprehensive onsite warranty for the quoted item. A duly signed undertaking to this effect shall be uploaded along with the bid. Non-submission of the undertaking shall render the bid liable for rejection. The warranty period shall commence strictly from the date of successful installation and commissioning of the item at consignee location. .
