• 1.Repair should be done as per Scope of work OF FLOOR CLEANING MACHINE (COMAC) given in bid docu ment.
• 2.The bidder has to submit acceptance letter for scope of work with stamp & ink signed.
• 3.The bidder has participated in the bid, it is assumed that he/she is accepting of scope of work/ technical specification attached in bid.
• 4.Item/service to be supplied at buyer premises.
• 5.If bidder is signing additional terms and conditions of bid. It is assumed that he is accepting all terms an d conditions of bid.
• 6.The bidder has to submit one year similar product experience certificate. in case of non submission of th e experience certificate the bid is liable to be rejected.
• 7.The bidder is requested to upload a valid MSE/UDYAM certificate containing the correct 5 Digit NIC code applicable to the tendered item. In the absence of the applicable 5 Digit NIC code, MSE benefits shall not b e admissible.
• 8.Bid of firm will be rejected on non-submission of any documents sought in this bid. .
