Bidder's offer is liable to be rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any.

Bidders are advised to check applicable GST on their own before quoting. Buyer will not take any responsibility in this regards. GST reimbursement will be as per actuals or as per applicable rates (whichever is lower), subject to the maximum of quoted GST %.

Supplier shall ensure that the Invoice is raised in the name of Consignee with GSTIN of Consignee only.

While generating invoice in GeM portal, the seller must upload scanned copy of GST invoice and the screenshot of GST portal confirming payment of GST.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Account Payee Demand Draft in favour of CURRENCY NOTE PRESS, A UNIT OF SPMCIL payable at NASHIK . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the DD along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Fixed Deposit Receipt made out or pledged in the name of A/C CURRENCY NOTE PRESS, A UNIT OF SPMCIL, NASHIK . The bank should certify on it that the deposit can be withdrawn only on the demand or with the sanction of the pledgee. For release of EMD, the FDR will be released in the favour of the bidder by the Buyer after making endorsement on the back of the FDR duly signed and stamped along with covering letter. Bidder has to upload scanned copy/ proof of the FDR along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date/ Bid Opening date

Bidders can also submit the EMD with Banker’s Cheque in favour of CURRENCY NOTE PRESS, A UNIT OF SPMCIL payable at NASHIK . Bidder has to upload scanned copy / proof of the BC along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date / Bid Opening date.

Bidder to indicate bid number and name of bidding entity in the transaction details field at the time of on- line transfer. Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of CURRENCY NOTE PRESS, A UNIT OF SPMCIL payable at NASHIK . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

II) Addition term and condition: 1.) The bidder shall submit offered product catalogue along with technical bid. Also, mention the make and model/Part No. of offered product. 2.) Supplied tender item must suitable and compatible for high speed intaglio printing machine. 3.) Supplied tender item should withstand plate temp 80 degree C in high speed production of ~10000 imp /hour of Komori Intaglio machine. 4.) Suitability of material will be subject to actual machine trial and satisfactory performance. III) Qualification/Eligibility Criteria
• I.The bidder firm should meet following eligibility criteria to qualify: -
• (a)For MSE/Start-up firm: Capability - Equipment & Manufacturing Facilities: The bidder firm sho uld have capability to manufacture and supply of tendered Item.
• (b)For other firm - Experience and past performance: The bidder firm may be Manufacturer/Proven supplier/Authorized dealer or distributer of tendered item. or bidder may participate with manufacturing a uthorized form (issued by manufacturer of tendered item) Note: Participating bidder needs to submit all related documents along with the bid. IV. Undertaking: 1) The bidder should give undertaking/declaration on the letter head of firm that they have read and under stood all the terms and conditions (including and GIT & GCC) of tender documents and submitting uncondit ional acceptance to all terms and conditions. 2) The bidder should give a undertaking/ declaration that they have not been blacklisted/ debarred for deal ing by Government of India. 3) Documentary evidence/ Undertaking against Make in India status i.e. being a Class I/ Class II supplier wi th details of local content on firm’s letterhead. 4) Undertaking towards compliance of border sharing criteria as per guidelines issued by Government of In dia (vide letter no F. • 1.Successful bidder has to be initially supply 10 Nos of Collector Blanket under Packing Sheets for actual p rinting trial on Komori Intaglio Machine within 60 days after issuing GeM order contract.
• 2.After successful machine trial and confirmation from CNP, balance quantity shall be supplied within 30 d ays.
• 3.Packing should be in multiple of 10 pieces and firm should take care of delivery in good conditions. VIII. Warranty: Warranty period is 12 months from the date of last supply of material at Currency Note Pr ess, Nashik Road. IX. Payment Terms: After complete receipt and acceptance of Goods and production of all required docu ments certified by competent authority for Currency Note Press, Nashik Road.
• X.Evaluation Method: The Total Price quoted for all items shall be considered for evaluation after RA to decide L-1 bidder. XI. Performance Security Deposit: 5% of order value. Note: Before issue of order on GeM on successful firm ‘Notification of Award of contract’ will be issued on f irm duly requesting to deposit the performance security within 15 days (as per GeM). XII . The Bidder has to submit documents as per the following Check list as given below along 1 Documentary evidence towards Pre-Qualification/Eligibility Criteria as per Clause I of Buyer A dded Bid Specific ATC.
