Scope of services under this contract shall cover deployment of Rajasthan Registered Taxies a per specifications given here under on hire basis for use in NTPC REL 300MW SOLAR PV PROJECT (BLO K-VII), BIKANER, RAJASTHAN. Brief scope of work is as below. A negative determination of such assessment of capacity and capabilities may ult in rejection of the bid. 5.0 'Class-I local suppliers’ only are eligible to participate in this tender, as defined in the bidding docume s/ Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India), Order 2017 and its subsequent amendmen revisions issued by DPIIT. In case false declaration in respect of Local content, same shall be treated as false declaration and wi e dealt in line with the Fraud Prevention Policy of NTPC. Further, any bidder (including bidder from India) having specified Transfer of Technology (ToT) arrang ment with an entity from a country which shares a land border with India, will be eligible to bid only if e bidder is registered with the same competent authority. However, the said requirement of registration will not apply to bidders from those countries (even if s ing a land border with India) to which the Government of India has extended lines of credit or in whic he Government of India is engaged in development projects. 7.0 NTPC REL reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel/withdraw the NIT for the subject packa without assigning any reason whatsoever and in such case no bidder/intending bidder shall have any im arising out of such action. 8.0 Issuance of bid documents to any bidder shall not construe that such bidder is considered to be qual
