Successful Bidder can submit the Performance Security in the form of Account Payee Demand Draft also (besides PBG which is allowed as per GeM GTC). DD should be made in favour of Pay and Accounts Officer , NFC payable at Hyderabad . After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

Buyer Added text based ATC clauses A2/2505 1) Quoted prices should be inclusive of full ’GST’. 2) ‘Make in India certificate ‘(ANNEXURE-XI) In line with 'make in India' policy of govt. of India, bidders are required to submit Annexure-XI as per our f ormat below in buyer added bid specific ATC document along with the offer. IMPORTANT NOTE : Post Supply Inspection in respect of supplies made is not permitted. Any offer containing the condition of Post Supply Inspection will out-rightly rejected. It is therefore, mandatory for the bidders, while quoting, to indicate in clear terms the requirement of Post Supply Inspection by any outside agency. DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:

• a)Stores are to be delivered to the Store Keeper (Receipt and Inspection) at the place of delivery stipulate d in the Contract between 10.30 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on working days. b) No stores shall be accepted by th e Store keeper (Receipt and Inspection) unless delivery challan giving full details of the Contract Number a nd Date and Description of Stores, Quantity, Make, Unit, Gross Weight Tare Weight are submitted with the stores. In the absence of any of the above, the Store Keeper (Receipt and Inspection) shall refuse to take d elivery of the stores. The supplier should submit the warranty/ guarantee card/certificate along with the De livery Challan in whichever case it is applicable while effecting deliver y of item. c) A receipt for the packag es only and not for the contents will be given by our Central Stores initially. The Suppliers are advised to pr operly seal the package. Final receipt will be given from the Central Stores, after inspection. d) In case the contractor is unable to deliver the goods within the delivery schedule stipulated in this Contract, it is mand atory on his part to approach the purchaser for extension of the delivery date with justification for the dela y for consideration of the purchaser. e) The contractor should deliver the goods only after getting the deliv ery period extended by the purchaser. In case the contractor fails to adhere to this condition and deliver th e goods to the consignee after expiry of the delivery date without getting the delivery period extended, it i s not only that the consignee will not receive the goods dispatched by the suppliers but the bills if any furni shed by the contractor will be rejected without any liability and obligation on the part of the Purchaser. Driver's Note: The drivers, while bringing the material in motor vehicles into NFC premises, shall carry th eir respective original driving license to facilitate security checks properly before entering inside NFC prem ises without any delay. This will not in any way prejudice the other rights of the purchaser under the terms and conditions of the Contract. VENDOR EVALUATION CRITERIA: Vendor shall be OEM or authorized dealer of M/s. Hi-Tech Industries and valid dealership certificate shall b e enclosed along with offer. .
