Bidders can also submit the EMD with Fixed Deposit Receipt made out or pledged in the name of A/C SR DFM/MB . The bank should certify on it that the deposit can be withdrawn only on the demand or with the sanction of the pledgee. For release of EMD, the FDR will be released in the favour of the bidder by the Buyer after making endorsement on the back of the FDR duly signed and stamped along with covering letter. Bidder has to upload scanned copy/ proof of the FDR along with bid and has to ensure delivery of hardcopy to the Buyer within 5 days of Bid End date/ Bid Opening date

• (ii)In case bidders participate as an authorized agent, then the performance as required above shall be th at of the Principal, authorizing the agent. It may so happen that the agent has credentials of past supply for a different Principal but this will not be considered as performance for placing bulk order in case of change of Principal. 2. (i) The Bidder should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 20% of bid quantity, in at leas t one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization/ PSU / Public Listed Company. Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant finan cial year. The similar product category will be the bid item having same description, but of different sizes/r atings/capacities The bidder is required to submit proof of successful supply. Purchase order alone shall no t be considered as work experience. In case of any documents submitted by bidders are found to be forge d or fake, the concerned bidder shall be debarred for future purchases and the action of suspension from t he GeM shall also be initiated.
• (ii)The onus of submission of requisite documents such as copies CRAC, CRN, Receipt note shall be respon sibility of the bidder.

• (4)Technical specifications enclosed with the bid. Bidders must submit compliance for the technical specifi cations along with their offer failing which offer will be summarily rejected.
• (5)Three layer foam mattress as per Specification/ Annexure attached in bid ATC document, material will be as per enclosed specification in bid ATC.
• (6)Two number of sample to be supplied and get approved by the firm from the consignee before bulk su pply. One approved sample to be retained with consignee and bulk supply will be matched with this appro ved sample.
• (7)INSPECTION:-Inspection by Consignee at their destination. .
