Buyer Added text based ATC clauses Offer-from M/s Siemens Limited shall be considered for evaluation who is the proprietary bidd er/Authorized representative for the required Goods in Indian Oil. Offer received from any oth er bidder will be treated as unsolicited offer and summarily rejected .
