Buyer Added text based ATC clauses

  • a)Thread dimensions shall be maintained as tolerance of 2B/2A
  • b)Dimensional accuracy certificate must be enclosed along with supply.
  • c)Material must conform to: Studs- ASTM A-193, Gr.B7, Hexagonal Nuts- ASTM A-194, Gr.2H, Washers– IS: 226
  • d)Material Test Certificates from a NABL approved Test House pertaining to forging/ hea t treatment/ tensile strength/ hardness, etc. shall be furnished with supply.
  • e)The party shall furnish Guarantee/Warranty certificates along with supply against def ective material and poor workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of delivery or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier.
  • f)Anti corrosive compound must be applied on all the supplied alloy steel studs.
  • g)Material should be packed properly to avoid damage during transit.
  • h)Payment shall be made in 30 days after receipt and acceptance of materials at site. INTERNAL RECORD NUMBER: N-III/MECH/26/66U-2654 (ARIJIT NANDI/19849) .
