Data Sheet of the product(s) offered in the bid, are to be uploaded along with the bid documents. Buyers can match and verify the Data Sheet with the product specifications offered. In case of any unexplained mismatch of technical parameters, the bid is liable for rejection.

• 1.The supply of the item must be identical and exactly matching with specifications that mentioned IN BID .
• 2.Vendor may visit the site for any clarification/detail.
• 3.The items are to be delivered within 120 days from PO date.
• 4.Vendor should deliver the item in good packing and the packing shall be good enough to prevent dama ge and pilferage of the material during transit. Clear and visible identification mark (IM) of the supplier/Man ufacture has to be given on the material failing which material will be rejected. The details of the “IM” and its location on the material has to be clearly mentioned in the invoice /challan/ Packing List.
• 5.The supplier must replace, free of charge, any stores & spares which owing to defect in design, material or workmanship fail or show signs of failure at any time within 12 months from date of putting them in use /operation or 18 months from date of delivery, whichever is earlier.

• 11.The bids submitted by the Sellers to whom LTE has been issued, shall only be considered for evaluatio n; bids from any other Seller shall be treated as unsolicited in the instant procurement case. In cases where a Dealer/Distributor submits an offer on behalf of the Manufactu rer, a GeM bid-specific authorization letter issued by the Manufacturer must be submitted along with the bid. The firm(s) interested to be registered as a Seller to SAIL, should fill up the vendor registration form, hoste d on the SAIL Tender website and complete the due process of registration with SAIL Plants/ Units." .
