• 1.Experience Certificate for the supply of the same to any Govt/ PSU/ any renowned private organisation along with Supply/ Purchase Order.
• 2.If the agency is registered under MSME or NSIC, then EMD exemption certificate needs to be enclosed.

OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 4.Buyer Added Bid Specific Scope Of Work(SOW) Text Clause(s) ​Contractor’s Eligibility and Documents Required:
• 1.The Registered Branch / Head Office of the firm should be located in Uttar Pradesh (Documentary Evide nce should be submitted).
• 2.The GST Certificate should be registered in Uttar Pradesh (Documentary Evidence should be submitted).
• 3.The firm should have been in the field of transportation business for the last 3 years. The Establishment/ Registration certificate issued by Central / State Govt. For providing transportation, services should be sub mitted.
• 4.The firm should have a Minimum Average Turn Over of Rs. 7 Lakhs during the last three financial Years. (Balance Sheet/ CA certificate to be enclosed).
• 5.The Service provider should submit the details of at least 04 drivers.
• 6.The Service provider should have at least 04 owned vehicles (02 SUV and 02 Sedan), and the vehicles s hould not be older than the 2022 model.
• 7.If the bidder is a Micro or Small Enterprise as per latest definitions under MSME rules, the bidder shall be exempted from the requirements of "Bidder Turnover" criteria and "Experience Criteria" subject to meeting the required quality and technical specifications.
• 8.If the bidder is a Start-up, the bidder shall be exempted from the requirement of "Bidder Turnover" criter ia and "Experience Criteria", subject to their meeting of quality and technical specifications.
• 9.A Copy of PAN Card should be submitted.
• 10.A Declaration of Non blacklisting from any government organisation should be submitted on the bidder ’s letterhead.
• 11.Acceptance of the ATC, specifically mentioning the Bid number, should be submitted on the bidder’s le tterhead.
