OPTION CLAUSE 25% : The buyer can increase or decrease the contract quantity or contract duration up to 25 percent at the time of issue of the contract. However, once the contract is issued, the contract quantity or contract duration can only be increased up to 25 percent. Bidders are bound to accept the revised quantity or duration. For lumpsum-based service contracts, the buyer may increase the scope of work and contract value up to 25 percent with the consent of the service provider

• 1.ePBG option has been marked as “No” in this bid as above. However, provision for Security Deposit (SD) is applicable. Mode of deposit and amount of security deposit shall be applicable as per ATC clause no. 1.1 0, section II of ATC (The total amount of Security Deposit shall be 10% of the total contract value).
• 2.Bidder to submit mandatorily Certificate (Requested in ATC) along with technical offer.
• 3.Bidder to Fill all the applicable Annexure.
• 4.PQR documents Mentioned in STC (Special Terms & Conditions) must be submitted for Evaluation of the Offer.
• 5.Payments shall be made to the Seller within 45 days of issue of service delivery acceptance certificate ( SDAC) has been selected in GeM bid but this is applicable for MSE bidders only, for other bidder’s Standard payment terms as per GCC revised _04_18.07.2026 will be applicable. .
