After award of contract, Successful Bidder can upload scanned copy of the DD in place of PBG and has to ensure delivery of hard copy to the original DD to the Buyer within 15 days of award of contract.

• b)Monthly Basis Cab & Taxi Hiring Services - MUV; 1000 Km X 320 Hours; Outstation; Number of Vehicles Required: 2 (At Godhra & Anand Railway Stations) 2) JV firm are not allowed for participation in this tender work. 3) As per General Terms & Conditions on GeM vied item No. 5 (Contract) mentioned that “The Terms and C onditions stipulated in STC & SLA will supersede those in GTC and Terms and Conditions stipulated in ATC will supersede those in GTC and STC in case of any conflicting provisions.”. 4) Bidder's offer will be summarily rejected if they don't upload any of the certificates / documents sought in the Bid document, ATC and Corrigendum if any. 5) For Partnership firm, valid Partnership deed is required to be submitted with their bid offer, failing whic h bid offer shall be summarily rejected. .
